Shipping:

• Please allow 3 business days for order processing and shipping.

Returns:

• Please allow 3 business days for order processing. 
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of when you placed your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund. 
• Your item(s) must be returned in the same shipping materials as you received it from The Bicycle Station. Pease do not ship anything back with shipping labels or writing on the product's box. If the item(s) have been used or installed, if the package is missing original materials, or if the product box is damaged, there will be a restocking fee since that item will not be able to be resold as a new product.
• Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
• We will not refund you the cost of your return label.

Refunds (if applicable):

• Once your return is received and inspected by The Bicycle Station, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return once the item(s) are received and inspected. We will then issue a refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 2-5 business days, subject to the time it takes your bank to process the refund.
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you still haven't received your refund, contact your credit card company as it may take a few days for processing before your refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out the "Return & Exchange Request Form" at the following link: .

Then, place a new order for the correct item. This way, the item that you want is shipped out immediately without having to wait for an exchange to process.
